Gluten-free Baklava with Walnuts is produced for those who are gluten intolerant or require a gluten-free diet. The amount of gluten is not more than 44mg/lb based on measured dry substance. This special gluten-free Baklava is made in a separate production area and baked in separate oven to prevent any risk of additional gluten being present. This baklava uses the same ingredients and offers similar taste as with other K. Güllüoğlu baklava products.
Ingredients: Rice flour, egg, corn flour, walnut, butter, sugar, salt.
Allergens: This product includes pistachio, walnut, milk and eggs. Gluten amount does not exceed 20mg/kg based on dry substance.
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.
