Ajwa Date; It is black in color, has relatively small grains, and has a round shape, unlike other dates. It has a unique taste and aroma, different from other date varieties. It is a very special variety, popularly known as the Prophet's Date, which has been the subject of the miracle of the burnt date branch turning green. It is grown in the Medina region.

This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!
